These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and SYSTECH IT SOLUTIONS LTD ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having CIN: U72200KA2010PLC053310 and its registered office at #23/1,1st floor ,j.c.1st cross, JC Rd, near poornima theatre, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560027. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using PC Secure range of Antivirus Software (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Software.

1. Definitions - Software: Refers to PC Secure range of Antivirus software, including associated documentation, updates, components, and modules.

- License Key: A unique alphanumeric code provided to activate the Software.

- License Period: One year from the date of activation, unless renewed.

2. License Grant Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, SYSTECH IT SOLUTIONS LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to:

- Install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer device,

- Receive software updates and support during the license period,

- Use the Software for personal or internal business purposes only.

3. License Restrictions You may not:

- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;

- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software or license key;

- Use the Software on more than one device per license key;

- Use the Software in any unlawful manner.

4. Activation and Verification

- Each purchase includes a license key enclosed in the retail pouch.

- The Software must be activated online using a valid license key.

- Unauthorized duplication or misuse of license keys will result in termination.

5. Updates and Upgrades

- The Software will receive updates during the valid license period.

- Updates may install automatically or require manual approval.

- Updates may add, remove, or modify features.

6. User Responsibilities You agree to:

- Use the Software lawfully;

- Maintain confidentiality of your license key;

- Notify us of any unauthorized use or breach.

7. Intellectual Property Rights All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with SYSTECH IT SOLUTIONS LTD. 8. Term and Termination

8.1 Term: This Agreement is effective upon installation and remains valid during the license period.

8.2 Termination: May occur due to breach, fraud, or license misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability SYSTECH IT SOLUTIONS LTD shall not be liable for:

- Loss of data or profits;

- Special, indirect, or consequential damages;

- System failures or security breaches.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.

11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYSTECH IT SOLUTIONS LTD from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Software.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Governing law: India. Jurisdiction: Bangalore, Karnataka.

13. Changes to the Agreement We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Entire Agreement Includes Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.
