1. Eligibility

This promotion is valid only for registered channel partners of Systech IT Solutions.
The offer applies exclusively to purchases of PC Secure Total Security (Pack: 10PC | 1 Year).

2. Billing Requirement

The promotion is applicable only on invoices billed through Systech IT Solutions and there authorised partner between 01 October 2025 and 31 December 2025.

Channel partner Proof Requirement:

To claim the channel sales promotion, the partner must submit the following:
- A valid purchase invoice clearly mentioning the PC Secure batch number(s).

4. Channel Partner Activation Promotion

Activation-Based Reward: Monthly Promotion

Activate: PC Secure Total Security 10PC | 1 Year ( 10 License activation on 10 unique PCs)

Activation Proof Requirement:

To claim the activation reward, the partner must submit the following:
- A valid purchase invoice clearly mentioning the PC Secure batch number(s).
- Only batch numbers listed on the purchase invoice and activated during the month are eligible for the activation reward.
Claims without batch-number proof or unmatched activations will not be considered.

5. End User Offer: Monthly Promotion

This offer is exclusively for end users and cannot be claimed by channel partners.
End User Offer:
- Activate: PC Secure Total Security 1PC | 1 Year
- Get: 1-Year OTTplay Power Pack Plan worth ₹2,999 (complimentary subscription).
End users must independently claim and redeem their OTTplay Power Pack Plan.

6. Reward Conditions

Promotional items will be dispatched only after full payment of the corresponding invoice.
No cash equivalent, refund, or exchange will be provided for promotional items.
Promotional rewards cannot be combined with any other offer, scheme, or discount.

7. Product Return & Payment Policy

Products sold under this promotional scheme are non-returnable.
Channel partners are fully liable to make payment for all purchases made under this offer.

8. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.

9. General Clauses

Systech IT Solutions reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
All decisions made by Systech IT Solutions regarding this promotion shall be final and binding.
