1. Eligibility

   • This promotion is valid only for registered channel partners of Systech IT Solutions.

   • Applicable exclusively on the purchase of PC Secure Total Security (Pack: 10U.1Y).

2. Billing Requirement

   • Promotion is applicable only on billing done via Systech IT Solutions between 01 Aug  2025 and 30 September 2025.

3. Promotional Rewards

   • Channel partners will receive promotional items based on the quantity slabs mentioned in the official scheme.

   • Promotional rewards include items such as Travel Promos, Free Keys, Branded Speakers, Smart TVs and Others

4. Reward Conditions

   • Promotional items will be dispatched only after full payment of the corresponding invoice is received.

   • No cash refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for promotional items.

   • Promotional rewards cannot be clubbed with any other scheme or offer.

5. Product Return & Payment Policy

   • Products once sold under the promotion scheme are non-returnable.

   • Channel partners are fully liable to make payment for all PC Secure products purchased under this promotional offer.

6. Jurisdiction

   • Any disputes arising from this promotion will fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.

7. General Clause

   • Systech IT Solutions reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

   • All decisions made by Systech IT Solutions regarding this promotion will be final and binding.
